What youll do:
Draft, review, and administer contractual documents with vendors, customers and/or partnersAssist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditionsCollaborate with Contract Attorneys, sales and other departments to ensure compliance with company policy and legal and regulatory requirementsMonitor contract milestones and deadlinesProvide customer service to internal and external customersIdentify opportunities to improve contract management process and systems to enhance efficiency and effectivenessWhat youll need:2+ years experience in contract administration, legal support or a similar role; SaaS industry experience would be a plusExceptional attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on quality and thoroughnessStrong organization skills: must be able to help others maintain a high level of organization as wellA self-starter attitude with the ability to adjust and manage priorities with skill and discretion in a team environmentAbility to understand, follow and drive compliance of processes and proceduresAbility to function in an email intensive environment with advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience a plusAbility to drive results through your job competencies of decision making, effective communication and resilienceAbility to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trustOur side of the deal:We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals.
Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.
The starting pay for this role is $70,000 per annum.Pay progression based on your performance.
