PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To support the Construction Service department by reducing errors in contract setup in GPAX and standard jobs by centralizing development and maintenance of all agreements and developing and maintaining standard jobs for repairs on machinery
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Standard Jobs/Repair OptionsEvaluate and create repair time guidelines/standard jobs related to component rebuilds and preventative maintenance services for equipment in the construction, mining, agricultural, and forestry industries.
Obtain technical assistance with difficult and unusual conditionsDevelop standard job repair options for NPI machines as they are introduced in the territoryIdentify missing standard job repair options for existing high-volume machine populationReview and correct existing standard job repair options for profitability, monitor gross profit by contractCoordinate with other departments to build and modify standard jobs/repair options as required/requestedWork with shops for standard job accuracyApply any pricing changes (labor, parts, misc.) in databases as neededDevelop and publish reports on the utilization of repair time guidelines/standard jobsReview time guideline variances and take appropriate action to resolveOwn Thought Spot Work Order Dashboard managementUse CAT SIS, Builder/Calculator, and other related software to build repair options for Maintenance and Repair Contracts, TM&Rs and Customer Service AgreementsMaintenance & Repair ContractsCreate competitive & profitable contracts for parts & labor of service contractsTrack contract fulfillment targets, cancellations, renewalsMonitor current contract performance, as well as work order management processesEnrollmentsRenewalsCancellationsRate increasesAssists service departments by monitoring PM and TM&R expiration reports.
Run monthly reports for contracts expiring in the next 90 days and relay information to PSSR and Service. This allows for more accurate and timely proposals to secure PM and TM&R customers.Run every Monday to find contracts expiring in that week requiring immediate action to ensure strategic labor pricing on work orders is accurateInvoice contracts monthly:
TM&R, CSA, BBHVerify machine hours via VisionLink to ensure correct hours for scheduling/billingTraining/ReportingTrain service/sales teams on the use of Standard jobs, CSAs as neededAssist service team on the use of technical platforms as needed (ThoughtSpot, Builder, etc.)Create communication path for standard job and contract requestsCreate, generate, and distribute reports for the service department as requestedAssists as the backup to Construction WIP Room as needed.
Ensures contracts are scanned into Poole Net once set up so that others may easily find and utilize contracts as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education :
Two-year graduate in business related field or High School graduate;Work Experience :Two years work experience in a similar administrative position; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX experience (preferred)
Physical :
Must be able to sit for extended periods using a PC and telephone
Other :
Must have good Customer Service Skills; Must have intermediate PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
