What to expect:

The pedagogical and administrative management of our facility
Organizing smooth operations, creating duty and vacation schedules, and participating in budget planning
Supporting daily activities and providing professional guidance to staff and educational support staff
Fully organizing and planning the occupancy of childcare places
Creating and implementing joint events for parents, children, and educators
Building a trusting relationship with your team and parents/families
Maintaining contacts with institutions, communities, and authorities/networking and public relations
General administrative tasks
