The State Supported Living Centers provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Lead Physical Nutritional Management Plan Coordinator (PNMPC) is responsible for providing oversight and guidance to services related to physical and nutritional management, oral and enteral eating, positioning, mobility, and more. This role involves training, mentoring, and monitoring staff, ensuring the proper use of assistive equipment, and participating in various meetings and clinics. Initial Selection Criteria:
Experience in direct care work, working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred. Prior experience in report writing is a plus.
Additional Information:
Applicants must pass various checks including background, drug screen, and registry checks. Flexibility in work hours is required, including weekends and holidays. All applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
Registration or Licensure Requirements:
A valid Texas driver's license is required within 90 days of hire.
