    Capacity Management Infrastructure Analyst

    Senior Distributed Capacity Management Infrastructure Analyst

    Job Description

    The analyst will be responsible for managing tools and processes in support of a capacity planning and performance management infrastructure in a large, distributed server environment.

    The analyst will work in support of heterogeneous multi-tiered environments across various UNIX and Wintel platforms and applications including virtualized cloud architecture to ensure the availability of capacity management data and analytics and leadership of the associated processes and personnel.


    Ideal Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ 3 Experience in management and maintenance of BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization (TSCO) and/or Helix Continuous Optimization (HCO) distributed tool infrastructure or similar capacity management tools 5+ 3 Experience with interpretation, analysis, and enrichment of capacity metrics from Truesight Capacity Optimization or similar capacity management tools 5+ 5 Experience with integration of external tools, connectors, and APIs including APM, Database, Inventory, and other platforms/services 5+ 5 dvanced ability to use tools including coding and scripting expertise to parse, merge, analyze, and present capacity and performance dat 5+ Experience in capacity planning, systems performance analysis, and optimization in a distributed environment 5 Experience in capacity management for software container environments such as Openshift 5 Experience in capacity planning of databases services such as Oracle, SQL, and MongoDB 5 Experience in hybrid cloud capacity management such as AWS 5+ 3 Strong technical problem-solving skills 5+ 3 dvanced written and oral communication capabilities 5+ 3 Demonstrated ability to operate independently, set own priorities, and manage multiple concurrent work streams
