**A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER**

In this new role, you will lead the Talent Acquisition team in Sweden comprising of Talent Acquisition Partners & Talent Acquisition Specialists representing all our Business Lines and serve as a subject matter expert within talent acquisition and talent sourcing.

You will be a part of developing an in-house search function and drive local implementation in Sweden. Additionally, you will work on Talent Acquisition initiatives like internal mobility and HR analytics trying to identify future business needs and define the talent attraction strategy in order to execute the workforce planning.

You will be a key player in our recruitment function advising and coaching your local colleagues, Line Managers and HR Business Partners in the sourcing strategies. You will partner with many stakeholders across the business to ensure we attract and hire world class talent.
