Kelly Shell

I like to think that I’m a leader and at the same time I can  be a team player. I work well with others and have great communication skills that I try to helps others with. I’ve been a manager for the last 2 years and I enjoy meeting new people. I have worked in customer service for the last 15+ years. I work hard and usually go above and beyond my  job duties. 

I have worked in customer service as a cashier and as a manager for over 15 years. I enjoy meeting people of all aspects of life. I like to help others and give back to the community. When I’m  givin a task I put my all into  finishing it and not leaving my work for anyone that comes in after me. I have always enjoyed working at convenient stores, truck stops, ect. The last 2 years I have learned more computer skills and applied them to teach others. 

In 2005 I worked hard and obtained my GED diploma.

 From 2020  to 2023 I have worked at Loves Travel Center, I started as a cashier and within 4 months I was cross training for multiple jobs within the company. I have been a manager for 1 and ½ years. I have had   over 15 years in customer service and management positions. I like learning and experiencing new things. Im a great listener and if I can help someone I always try but I have boundaries and I  don’t have time for drama or un nessesary non sense. I like to have fun at work  but I make sure I get my work done before I leave and the next person  starts their shift. I believe in team work and being a team player.
