Welcome to German Aesthetic GmbH, your practice clinic for hair transplantation and aesthetic dermatology in the historic Garath Castle in the heart of Düsseldorf.

Do you have a training as a MFA - Medical Assistant or medical assistant and would like to support our experts during their treatments? Do you enjoy working in a small, family-like team and are you passionate about aesthetic dermatology and hair transplantation?


Then you've come to the right place
We are currently looking for a full-time employee to join our practice as soon as possible.


Your profile:

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant or medical assistant (m/f/d)
  • Independent and dedicated work ethic
  • Teamwork, friendly demeanor, helpfulness, reliability, trustworthiness, and flexibility
  • Good computer skills (MS Office package)
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken German
  • Good knowledge of English and/or Turkish is desirable
  • Independent work ethic
  • Organizational skills and ability to solve problems independently
  • Thorough and structured work ethic, even in stressful situations
  • Interest and enjoyment in the profession

Your tasks:

  • Answering phone calls and coordinating appointments
  • Assisting in the treatment room
  • Changing bandages/taking blood samples
  • Patient registration/creating patient files/using practice software
