This is what your day looks like:

  • Serviceoriented care and advice for guests regarding wine and beverage sales
  • Active support and collaboration with our sommelier
  • Support of our service team
  • Participation in the conception of the wine and spirits menu
  • Recommending our diverse food offerings with corresponding wines or spirits
  • Ensuring smooth service operations, cleanliness, and implementation of our The Ritz-Carlton standards
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP

What we expect from you:

  • Completed apprenticeship as a restaurant or hotel specialist or several years of service/wine experience
  • Indepth knowledge and passion for various types of wine and spirits
  • Passionate host
  • Enjoy working in an international team and sharing your knowledge with the Ladies & Gentlemen
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
  • Enthusiasm for advising international guests and creating special moments
  • Very wellgroomed appearance
  • Desire for further development
