Our activities cover the entire process chain from planning and project management to development and design, production, assembly and commissioning.


Your tasks:


  • Processing of orders for standard serial devices
  • Standardized preparation of offers according to specifications including factual review
  • Order review and service instructions as well as review of delivery and payment terms
  • Checking material availability, clarifying delivery dates with departments and responsible parties
  • Coordination of deadline or quantity changes with the customer
  • Order confirmation to the customer after coordination with departments and, if necessary, approval by responsible parties
  • Postprocessing of orders such as handling complaints and returns
  • Communication with the customer, possibly also via customerspecific internet platforms

Your profile:


  • Completed training as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Good knowledge in the field of customer service
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP/R
  • Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
