Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your studies in areas such as language, communication, social sciences, or your commercial training and already have some experience in customer communication
  • You are ITsavvy, have good analytical skills, and quickly familiarize yourself with new software and tasks
  • You find it exciting to support customers from various companies and industries in using our product to its full potential
  • Admiring problems is not your thing you approach things proactively and solutionoriented
  • Your expression and communication skills are reflected in your confident writing style
  • You have excellent German (C2 level) and English skills in both written and spoken form
