- Financial planning, forecasting and analysis, modeling, and budgeting.
- Preparations of monthly financials and reporting for top management.
- Involved in building Company's short and long-term goals and strategic objective.
- Assist management with efforts to track and manage operational performance exposure; identifying, analyzing, and monitoring issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, identifying threats and opportunities.
- Work with various departments, including Commercial, Operations and Logistics, performing detailed analysis including estimating market share, logistical opportunities, and others.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree Finance, Business, Engineering, or Accounting preferred.
- Recent college graduate, and/or up to 3 years of professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and desire to advance within the Company.
- Business analytics preferred but not required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Power BI or Tableau skills preferred.
- Prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
- Strong sense of urgency, detail oriented and ability to drive results.
- Accounting knowledge is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential information.
- Capable to work extended hours as needed
- Capable of working in an open concept office environment
- Work may require limited travel and/or visiting operational sites as needed
- Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Job involves sitting most of the time, but also involves walking or standing for brief periods of time
