JD Ross Energy has recently partnered up with a leading European Solar manufacturer to find a new team leader for their internal sales team in South Taft. They are looking for an experienced professional to lead a team of 20 people on a European level. They offer a competitive package including a fixed salary, bonus, and company car.

The candidate will be responsible for leading an international team and working closely with Country Managers and Sales Directors to provide excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage the inside sales team, including commercial and technical sales activities, with approximately 20 colleagues
Develop customer service strategies in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Sales Directors throughout Europe
Provide customer service through interdisciplinary collaboration and implementation of customer feedback
Offer professional customer advice and support with a focus on building long-term relationships
Prepare and follow up on quotations and efficiently process orders
Maintain and expand the customer base with the Head of Sales and field sales teams in Europe
Manage the team professionally and provide support to apprentices and trainees
