We are currently seeking employees (m/f/d) for our (human resources) marketing team at our location in Sankt Augustin near Bonn, in part-time (20 hours per week).

As a company within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, we have been providing secure jobs for around 300 employees for over 20 years.

Together with the Sparkassen, we create jobs locally and are continuously expanding our presence nationwide.

Our services are tailored to the needs of the Sparkassen and are divided into the areas of real estate, cash supply, general administrative tasks, and financial accounting.

Through optimal process and cost management, we make an important contribution to the future viability of our customers.

Our marketing team creates mailings, carries out direct marketing campaigns, and is also responsible for our corporate design and corporate communication.

There is a close connection to the human resources department through the design of our employer branding, with a focus on recruiting and employee retention.

What will be my responsibilities? You will be responsible for building our social media marketing presence and managing our social media channels.

You will independently develop social media strategies and campaigns and implement them. You will plan and create social media content, such as posts, stories, and videos. You will also be involved in creating employer branding measures. You will support in operational marketing and event management and actively participate in ongoing and upcoming projects.
