Position Overview

As a consultant for the Head of Digital Transformation, you will work closely and confidentially with the management as well as the IT department and clinics and institutes of Charité.

Your tasks are primarily based on the strategic digital goals of the board.

Your responsibilities include in particular:

Representing the Head of Department in meetings, committees, and sessions to present the status quo and support the development of a digital strategy and its implementation
Point of contact for interfaces between IT and clinics on behalf of the CDO
Responsibility for identifying and prioritizing the need for action in the digital field and formulating recommendations for suitable measures to the Head of Department
Independently taking on and preparing projects and participating in the creation of regular process documentation
Research on current projects and topics, preparation of content, and creation of presentation materials, as well as coordinated reporting in multiproject management
