We are currently looking for a permanent Personnel Officer (m/f/d) at our location in Bonn, starting as soon as possible.

We, the Procurement Office,

are the central purchasing authority for the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI) as well as many other federal agencies in Germany.

As a link between the public administration and the economy, we are experts in complex and demanding procurement procedures. The goods and services we purchase are used in a variety of areas and projects. In addition to recognized standards, we also focus on purchasing innovative and sustainable products. We continuously develop our procurement strategies.


The Procurement Management and Central Services Department (Z)

at the Procurement Office of the BMI is not only a traditional central department for personnel, budget, organization, and internal services, but also responsible for procurement management with the departments "Federal Department Store", "Quality Assurance", "E-Procurement, Procurement Portal and IT Service", "Procurement Digitization", "Legal Department", and "Controlling".

Exciting tasks are waiting for you

• You will support and advise our employees on personnel matters, both in terms of collective bargaining agreements and civil service law.
• You will handle all personnel matters (e.g. hiring, status changes, promotions, parental leave or parttime requests, retirement).
• You will independently conduct personnel recruitment procedures. This includes, among other things, creating suitable job advertisements, reviewing applications, and designing and conducting selection interviews.
