Your Responsibilities:


  • Support in the daytoday operations of data management for a capital management company
  • Participation in the development of a tool for querying available security indices using Microsoft Excel
  • Assistance with invoice processing, budget management, and planning
  • Support in contract management and related documentation
  • Expansion and enhancement of process and workflow documentation using collaboration software Confluence, as well as support in process optimization
  • Graphic preparation and presentation of numbers, data, and facts

Your Profile:


  • Ongoing studies in a datarelated field, such as statistics, mathematics, sociology, psychology, business administration, or similar
  • Good understanding of processes and a structured way of working
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, as well as willingness to independently familiarize oneself with new topics
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good German and English language skills
