Together with our international client, who is active in both energy technology and as a complete service provider in the field of building technology, we are currently seeking a Sachbearbeiter / kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) for the smooth handling of project orders at our location in Kassel, starting as soon as possible.

The position is permanent and full-time (40 hours).


As a Sachbearbeiter / kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), you can expect the following challenges:

  • In your new position, you will be the contact person for customers and suppliers regarding all commercial matters
  • This includes, for example, support in the areas of quotation and invoice creation
  • As well as the review of supplier and customer invoices
  • Planning, coordinating and accompanying smaller projects will also be part of your responsibilities
  • Lastly, you will be responsible for data maintenance on the computer
