Responsibilities:

  • You welcome customers as the first point of contact and provide initial guidance in resolving their inquiries
  • You handle small and quick service tasks, such as scheduling appointments, administrative tasks, and online banking issues
  • By actively directing customers to selfservice machines, the customer service hotline, and their advisors, you avoid long waiting times for our customers
  • You assist customers in using selfservice machines and setting up and using new media (online banking)
  • You inform customers about our general service offerings and promotions
  • You recognize different sales approaches

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have gained initial experience in customer contact (e.g. in gastronomy, hospitality, or retail)
  • You have a strong focus on service and customer orientation
  • Standing for extended periods is not a problem for you
  • You work carefully and reliably
  • You are not only sociable but also have a high
