What you can expect from us:

You will support and accompany the SCM / Technology management in developing process standards based on Lean approaches.
You will conduct needs analyses and implement projects as part of the future HIL / further development and digitization of the branch organization.
You will take on subprojects as part of the implementation of Lean process standardization in the operational workshop processes and their support processes.
You will create project controlling and maintain it.
You will support managers in implementing measures in the workshop and conduct trainings.

What you ideally bring with you:

Completed commercial vocational training with a technical background and subsequent qualification in Lean / Kaizen or a degree (university / technical college) in industrial engineering and first Lean experience
At least six years of professional experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office
