    **Overview**

    Were looking for an incredibly detail-oriented, operational-minded, resourceful, and scrappy operations coordinator to set up the fitness programming team for long-term and scalable success. Reporting to the Associate Director, Fitness Programming, you will be responsible for building and managing the Employees as Athletes program at Tonal and evangelizing the Performance Innovation teams mission, while enabling our team to build effective and best-in-class workout programming.

    You will be working cross-functionally with stakeholders in the content and product teams and your focus areas will include workout testing and validation, operational efficiencies and best practices, and communication and alignment.

    The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of strategic, operational/execution, and people skills. They are organizational superheroes and processes wizards. They enjoy rolling up their sleeves to get things done. They thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with a variety of simultaneous projects and initiatives. Passion for strength training and all forms of fitness is a must, and experience working in the fitness industry is helpful, though not essential. + Implement and run internal testing programs to demonstrate and validate the efficacy of our fitness programs prior to content releases to our members

    + Collaborate with the Human Performance Analytics team, establish the Employees as Athletes program to demonstrate and evangelize the expertise of the Performance Innovation team and aid in the further technological development of the Tonal product

    + Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our workout program and content development processes by setting testing protocols and gathering internal and external feedback

    + Consolidate key team information in an easily accessible location. Maintain templates, guidelines, references, and resources for fitness programming specialists and contractors.

    **Who You Are**

    + 2-4 years of experience in a highly operational and strategic role (project/program management consulting, etc)

    + Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute and track multiple projects at once

    + Willingness to step up to greater responsibility and take ownership of projects, strong desire to contribute to overall goals

    + Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners

    + Excellent verbal and written communicator

    + Ability to frame and communicate proposals, concepts, and analysis in Google Suite, Keynote, or PowerPoint

    + Familiarity with business systems and tools such as Coda, Figma, Looker, etc.

    + Self-described fitness junkie who loves fitness in all forms including, but not limited to, weight, strength training, and boutique fitness/bootcamp
