    TheCommercial Finance Manager role is key to driving profitable growthat Aspire Bakeries. You'll analyze foodservice customer data,manage pricing strategies, and oversee financial reporting tooptimize profitability and ensure alignment with company goals.This role also requires collaboration with Sales and Marketing toimplement best practices and identify new revenue opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managethe Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for assignedaccounts.
    • Oversee Foodservice Customer LevelPricing and Trade Spend management.
    • ManageFoodservice Customer Level Promotional Programs, ensuring adherenceto budgetary constraints.
    • Preparecomprehensive Week/Month/Quarter/Year End FinanceReports.
    • Assess the effectiveness of pricingstrategies and adjust pricing structures to align with divisionaland corporate strategies.
    • Cultivate strongrelationships with Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate thesuccessful implementation of optimization opportunities.
    • Evaluate new contract requests to ensure alignment withpricing strategies and account growth objectives.
    • Conduct analysis on the impact of price changes,including assessments of gross margin risk andprofitability.
    • Co-manage sales budgets withindividual sales personnel.
    • Continuouslymonitor competitors and assess Aspire Bakeries' marketposition.
    • Manage exposure to distressedproducts, aligning with forecasted expectations.
    • Lead Customer Business Reviews, ensuring they areconducted in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Generate ad-hoc reports as required by businessneeds.
    • Develop a comprehensive understandingof food manufacturing and distribution costs.
    • Take initiative to lead special projects aimed atimproving gross profit and enhancing competitive positioning, evenif such initiatives fall within the purview of otherfunctions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in a business field, preferably Finance required.
    • 5+ years of financial analysis experiencerequired.
    • Previous pricing experiencepreferred
    • Foodservice backgroundpreferred
    • Excellent communication skills andpersonable
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborateand influence multiple stakeholders
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Accessand Excel
