- Drive technical / operational excellence, and timely delivery in an agile and production critical environment.
- Inspire, mentor, and provide technology leadership to a team of engineers, and play a key role in attracting and retaining top engineering talent.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering role, building large-scale applications and solutions
- Strong development experience in Java
- 1+ years of management experience
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Leading a team of engineers - either directly or indirectly, through design and execution
- Knowledge of CI/CD technologies like GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Experience in identity standards like OAuth and OpenID
