The Pricing Analyst will present strategies on individual properties in order to maintain profit margins for the company throughout various territories.
- Underwrite potential acquisitions by analyzing comparable sale data.
- Evaluate exit strategies and property improvement costs.
- Provide pricing numbers to team members
- Budget Return on Investment
- Gauge market trends for property sales by neighborhood, zip code, county, city, and state.
- Helping homebuyers negotiate pricing based upon real time information.
- Position final exit strategy and pricing to end user.
Qualifications:
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with financial models.
- Attention to detail and a desire to produce the highest quality work product.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- A team player who takes initiative and is dedicated, hardworking, resourceful.
Pay:
$60, $100,000.00 per year
