These are your responsibilities

  • Manufacturing of device parts and assemblies for machines and production systems, including setup and conversion
  • Monitoring and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Performing repair and maintenance work to ensure smooth operation
  • Maintaining our state-of-the-art systems, facilities, and machines in a shift system to ensure continuous production

Here's what you need to succeed

  • Completed training as an industrial mechanic or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of assembly, maintenance, and repair of machines and systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding
  • Openness to working in a 4-shift system and weekends
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and reliability
