Description

We are looking for a Station and Case Manager (m/f/d) for our clinic network in Kempten, starting immediately. Ref. No. 1633.

YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independent implementation of discharge management
  • General secretarial tasks
  • Coordination of the medical station process with a focus on improving efficiency of service delivery (e.g. creating work processes for a uniform approach, interface position between doctor, health insurance companies, patients, other departments)
  • Administration of patient information documentation and collaboration with pre- and post-treatment facilities
  • Planning and electronic data processing of admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Procurement of materials for the station
  • Participation in doctor meetings (tumor board, etc. with subsequent information processing)

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship, in nursing or as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
  • Affinity for numbers
  • Very good IT and billing knowledge
  • Teamwork and resilience
  • Confident appearance, competent standing, and enjoyment of communication
  • Sense of responsibility, social competence, and economic action
