- Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Chemistry equipment calibration, cleaning, operation, and maintenance.
- Perform inventory for Chemistry chemicals and consumables.
- Creation of chemical hygiene plans.
- Collaborate with external vendors for equipment preventive maintenance and calibration.
- Review and approve investigations for determination of root cause, corrections, and corrective/preventative actions for deviations, excursions, and audit findings.
- Review of generated Chemistry raw data and approval of final reports.
- Develop staff to perform proper Root Cause Analysis and investigations.
- 3-5 years' experience in Quality Control Chemistry or Quality Assurance with a Chemistry focus - open to any CTL / CMO backgrounds, not industry specific, but pharma would be ideal, then non-sterile cosmetic, then food.
- Strong technical writing skills of procedures, policies, and work instructions.
