Maintenance Manager

Anaheim California

$105,000 to $125,000 + Bonus

Relocation available from within the US

Join a respected and growing division of multi-national manufacturer, where your background in maintenance and experience developing, mentoring and leading industry professionals will be rewarded. You will also strategically chart the course for the maintenance and reliability organization bringing them into a new era equipment uptime a performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field of study.
2. At least eight (8) years of leadership experience in manufacturing at the management level, within maintenance organizations.
3. Must be KPI driven, with a history of management using data, and redefining the key performance indicators.
4. Budgetary management experience is required.
