Granville 'Die kinderlandnet ggmbh is dedicated to balancing the experiences and education of children with the busy lives of their working parents.

We operate our own daycare centers in Heidelberg, Mannheim, and the Rhein-Neckar metropolitan region. For independent organizations, we offer daycare management and consulting services. We are currently seeking a team leader for our single-group daycare center, Kindernest City.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team and work in a family-like atmosphere at a small daycare center.

We are looking for a qualified educator with state recognition, a degree in childhood education, social pedagogy, or special education (m/f/d).

Kindernest City is located in central Mannheim, just a 15-minute walk from the main train station, and is home to 20 children over the age of 3 who are cared for by a team of four.


OUR MISSION:
GROWING TOGETHER As the team leader, you will oversee the quality of our educational work and team collaboration.

You will work collaboratively with the team to shape the daycare center's direction and ensure a positive and nurturing environment for the children.
