We are a property management company located in Berlin-Kreuzberg, established in 1984 and run by its owners. We specialize in managing residential and commercial properties in terms of both administrative and technical aspects.

To expand our team, we are currently seeking a qualified and motivated:
Property Manager (m/f/d) in full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to both domestic and international property owners in all matters related to houses, apartments, commercial rental spaces, and land
  • Handling all correspondence with owners, tenants, lawyers, utility companies, and service providers
  • Assisting tenants with any issues or concerns, including recording and addressing maintenance requests
  • Processing lease terminations and conducting movein and moveout inspections for apartments and commercial spaces
  • Negotiating, drafting, and finalizing lease agreements and addendums for apartments and commercial spaces, as well as any other necessary contracts.
