Job DescriptionSituated at the base of the Rocky Mountains, Balfour Senior living in Louisville, CO is seeking talented and team-oriented associates. We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus.

Schedule: We are currently hiring day, evening and overnight shifts. Differentials are available.

2:00pm - 10:00pm

What will you do as a QMAP ?

Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship
Assist in monitoring the medication program
Setup and assist with self-administration of medication
Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date
Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents
Encourage and assist with activity programs

Qualifications:

Positive team player attitude and love working with people
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a Colorado QMAP certification
Previous experience working Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC)
