- Assisting residents with daily living activities
- Aiding in housekeeping, laundry, and dining assistance
- Observing and reporting changes in resident's condition
- Scheduling doctor appointments and ensuring resident safety
- Attending meetings and training sessions as required
- Communicating effectively with residents and team members
- High school graduation or equivalent
- 1 year of caregiver or CNA experience
- Physical dexterity to assist residents
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret care instructions and prioritize tasks
