- This position is eligible for a retention bonus of $3,000 (paid as follows: $1,000 at 90 days of employment; $1,000 at 6 months and $1,000 at 1 year)

- Positive team player attitude and love working with people
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Colorado QMAP certification
- Previous experience working Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC)
