- Welcomes residents and prospects by standing up and greeting them and warmly and offering a beverage.
- Answers phones, transfers calls, answers questions and refers inquiries to other team members.
- Oversees the front desk to ensure all necessary tasks are completed and excellent customer service is given to all residents and visitors.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Uses MS Word and Outlook effectively to create documents, send emails, and maintain calendar appointments
- Assists with resident move-ins, processes move-outs, and maintains office calendar.
- Order supplies for the office.
- Assists with filing and maintains the filing system.
- Supports office operations.
- Plans and assists with monthly Employee Meetings.
- Any and all tasks as assigned.
- High school graduate
- Ability to use MS Word and Outlook accurately and effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Real Estate office experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to lift up to 40 lb
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week (including weekends)
