  • Coordination of all processes in the responsible nursing area
  • Organization of admissions
  • Identification of individual care needs
  • Creation of work instructions and orders
  • Willingness to develop practical and innovative concepts
  • Motivation and leadership of nursing staff
  • Ensuring and further developing current nursing standards and their documentation
  • Procurement of prescriptions and aids
  • Conducting service meetings and case discussions
  • Planning of further education and training

Your profile:

Nursing management certificate required

  • Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse or registered nurse
  • Additional qualification for nursing management
  • Also welcome: nursing professional with additional training or degree in nursing management
