- 2+ years of experience in administration, customer service, property management, or real estate.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite with specific strength in Excel

Job DescriptionWe are looking for the right person to join our team as a Tenant Coordinator. This role supports our Property Managers and helps ensure we provide a world-class experience for our commercial office tenants.
As a successful Tenant Coordinator, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of work orders and building projects, maintain vendor and tenant databases, track and file Certificates of Insurance, provide tenant notifications, arrange building events throughout the year, create a quarterly newsletter, verify and code accounts payable, assist in the procurement of competitive bids, prepare service agreements with vendors and service providers, and prepare the monthly accounts receivable statements.
