Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale Comptes Nationaux Stratégiques le/la Responsable Régional Grands Comptes Stratégiques est le garant de la négociation, du développement et du suivi d'accords nationaux qui lui sont confiés dans le respect de la politique commerciale de l'entreprise et sur les secteurs d'activités confiés.
Les missions sont les suivantes :
* S'informer en permanence des qualifications et compétences du personnel intérimaire disponible ainsi que de l'évolution des métiers.
* Analyser les besoins des clients et prospects en utilisant tous les moyens mis à sa disposition pour proposer une offre compétitive.
* S'assurer de la solvabilité, du suivi du risque et est le garant du recouvrement des créances de son portefeuille clients.
* Répondre aux appels d'offres qui lui sont confiés.
* Evaluer l'offre qu'il est possible de proposer (prix, marges, délais de paiement, conditions diverses ...)
* Négocier et conclure les différentes conditions commerciales avec les clients.
* Formaliser les données permettant la rédaction des accords.
* Informer et assister en permanence le réseau dans la relation avec les clients dont vous aurez la responsabilité.
* Mettre en place des actions et assurer un suivi permanent permettant le développement de la part de marché.
* Rechercher en permanence la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients et assurer le traitement des réclamations et litiges les concernant.
Profil
De formation supérieure orientée Commerce, vous possédez un vécu de minimum 5 années sur des fonctions transversales stratégiques Grands Comptes Commerce idéalement dans le secteur de l'interim ou à défaut dans la prestation de Services B to B.
Doté d'un esprit entrepreneurial, vos compétences en management transversal seront déterminantes dans la réussite de cette fonction.
Vous êtes un développeur communicant : un profil autonome, persévérant et fédérateur.
Vous avez le goût du terrain, pour la culture du résultat, la conquête de nouveaux clients ainsi que la fidélisation de ceux existants.
La connaissance des secteurs de la Distribution et des Services constitue un vrai +
Vous possédez un niveau d'anglais vous permettant de converser et de répondre à des appels d'offres
Poste basé au Siège (Paris 17ème) avec des déplacements à prévoir
