Mobilize Insurance, filiale à 100% de Mobilize Financial Services (groupe Renault) déploie un projet de distribution et de gestion d'assurance automobile en omnicanal (dealers / plate-forme / digital), avec un déploiement progressif en Europe.
Cette nouvelle offre Assurance s'appuie sur des partenariats pour la mise en place d'une plateforme d'assurance, solution unifiée et homogène entre les pays.
Mobilize Insurance réalise une gestion ominicanale de la relation client (distribution, acquisition, gestion des sinistres simples). Pour sécuriser et développer la satisfaction client une solution de pilotage des enquêtes à chaud / froid est à déployer, puis animer et requiert le savoir-faire d'un analyste " Voice of customer " (satisfaction client).
Missions
Les principales missions sont la gestion du déploiement des enquêtes à chaud et à froid et leur gestion opérationnelle pour compte de Mobilize Insurance
La mission requiert plus particulièrement de:
Définir l'approche " Voice of Customer " (VOC) incluant les métriques centrées sur le client (NPS, OSAT, CSAT, Emotion, Effort) et la feuille de route des enquêtes à froid et à chaud
Gérer le pilotage et le déploiement du déploiement : planification, programmation des enquêtes, réalisation des tests avant le lancement, suivi du processus.
Avoir la relation avec les pays pour traduire le questionnaire et valider les notes juridiques locales.
Exécuter le test et valider la configuration.
Faire l'intégration automatisée de la base de données de coordonnées dans Qualtrics
Configurer les tableaux de bord Qualtrics
Gérer le prestataire exécutant le projet et le budget correspondant.
Gérer la mise en œuvre des enquêtes au quotidien
Consolider et analyser les résultats collectés pour les analyser.
Suivi et rapport sur la qualité des données
Analyser les rapports correspondants : rapports au ComEx, Cinetik, rapports annuels mondiaux et rapports au niveau des pays
Définir les leviers clés du plan d'action
Profil:
Français et anglais courant
Bac +5
Expérience en gestion de la satisfaction client, enquêtes, méthodes statistiques et compilation des résultats
Connaissance des outils Qualtrix
Rigueur et réactivité
Bonnes relations
Habileté à travailler de manière transversale et en mode projet
Le poste est dans un premier temps centré sur l'élaboration des projets et evoluera sur la gestion opérationnelle des enquêtes après les avoir mises en place.
