Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their automation solutions team near Niles MI.

Your expertise will drive innovation in mechanical system design and architecture, ensuring projects are not only successful but also profitable.

Automation system design experience required, as well as experience with Solidworks, Autocad, equipment selection, etc. Company boasts dynamic and friendly corporate culture as well as excellent benefits. Will relocate for the right candidate.

Benton Harbor, Michigan job type: Permanent salary: $95, ,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Produce working drawings, detail drawings, and bills of materials for equipment, sub-assemblies or product using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to determine shape, dimensions, hardness etc. in the development of equipment, processes, and products.
Examine the feasibility of using one or more machines to carry out sequential operations.

Analyze designs and systems for compliance to applicable standardsReview drawings for accuracy, material selection, proper machining techniques, finishes, hardness, etc.
