    The

    FP&A Senior Analyst


    works closely with the FP&A leader, CFO, and other members of the Finance Team to support the business strategic planning, development of new products, and other business initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience and meet the educational requirements, attention to detail, and strong modeling skills.

    Essential responsibilities

    Support the annual and quarterly budget
    Maintain existing financial models or create new models to drive qualitative insights to support business decisions
    Build data models in Excel and/or other tools to support business needs
    Assist and provide ad-hoc support to CFO
    Prepare monthly/ quarterly expense reports and headcount tracking
    Partner with the accounting team to prepare monthly/quarter G&A variance analysis
    Partner with the vendor team to identify new vendors being onboarded and savings opportunities at renewal.
    Identify opportunities for simplification and automation
    Partner with other departments as needed with queries and business metrics.
    Assist with special projects as assigned
    Qualifications/Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
    3-5 years of finance or investment banking experience preferably in financial services
    Ability to communicate financial performance, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management
    Team player with proven leadership experience and ability to work cross-functionally
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    Strong excel or google sheets modeling skills
    Experience with SQL
    Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
