Our business areas include municipal and commercial waste management, city cleaning and winter services, maintenance of green spaces, playgrounds and cemeteries, as well as maintenance of sewers, electrical systems and roads.

We are a certified waste management company and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the city of Frechen.

We are currently seeking a new team member for our GIS and greenspace department, with the potential for future leadership responsibilities, in the role of GIS AND GREENSPACE ADMINISTRATION (M/F/D).


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintenance of the tree cadastre and data management
  • Recording and documentation of regular inspection results (tree maintenance measures) using GIS technologies
  • Utilization of GIS technologies for data analysis and reporting
  • Collaboration with other departments and external partners for project planning and implementation
  • Potential for future leadership responsibilities within the department

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in geography, environmental sciences, or a related field
  • Experience with GIS software and data management
  • Knowledge of greenspace management and tree care is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
