Your responsibilities:

As an operations manager and experienced, motivating leader, you will be responsible for around 180 employees and the system waste collection (residual waste, organic waste, paper, cardboard, and packaging) at one of our locations in Hamburg.

Together with your team leaders, you will manage the daily operations and constantly keep an eye on the future viability of the business.

Your daily goal is to lead your team to excellent performance. You achieve this through consistent personnel management, selection, and development.

You will also be in constant communication with other managers at the same level and report directly to the management of the waste logistics division.

Your strong personality and ability to make tough decisions will be crucial. If you can win over a team with your empathy and at the same time persistently pursue your goals, then this is the right place for you

Your profile:

You have a degree in logistics, circular and waste management, industrial engineering or business administration, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in disciplinary leadership.
You see yourself as a coach for your employees and are a communicative and conflictcapable
