As a Quality Management Officer (m/f/d), you will be an integral part of the ESH team at our Tuskahoma, OK location.

Your responsibilities will include steering, coordinating, and supporting all measures to maintain and further develop the QM system for Location Services based on DIN EN ISO 9001.


Your tasks will also include:

  • Creating, reviewing, and maintaining QM documentation
  • Organizing and conducting internal and external audits
  • Monitoring and optimizing existing processes, standards, and procedures in coordination with departments
  • Coordinating audit reporting and necessary actions for certifications
  • Supporting quality management projects
  • Communicating the company's quality policy to employees, customers, suppliers, and other interested parties

Profile:


  • Completed technical degree or equivalent education
  • Qualification in QM based on DIN EN ISO 9001 and ideally further training as an internal auditor (m/f/d) in various standards and possibly as a quality management officer (m/f/d)
  • Knowledge of other standards such as IATF16949 and ISO/IEC 1702
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management and quality assurance, ideally in the automotive or automotive supplier industry
  • Experience with technical documentation and conducting risk analyses
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent language skills (spoken and written) in German and English
  • Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
  • Solutionoriented, cooperative communication style
