For our team in Dresden, we are looking for a Client Specialist.


Your tasks:


  • Tasks in the area of 1st level support and initial resolution of fault reports
  • Forwarding of serious faults to subsequent instances
  • Clarification of needs and setup of IT components for users
  • Support of end users, including creation and management of user permissions
  • Creation and processing of requests to hardware or software support
  • Acceptance of orders from the customer's ticket system and documentation of the services performed in this ticket system

Your profile:


  • Training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge in the area of Citrix
