full-time as a
Call Center Agent (m/w/d) in the languages
German,
German-Polish, and
German-English for our client at the location Hannover in a 2-shift system

Your tasks:

Telephone customer service in the fashion industry
Acceptance of customer inquiries and processing (information on order status, complaints, address changes, etc.)
Documentation if necessary

Your qualifications:

High customer orientation and enjoyment in handling customer inquiries
Shift and weekend availability
Experience in telephony desirable
Knowledge of various languages advantageous
