Join our small team of Infor M3 Gurus Assist with and lead IT initiatives such as new facility rollouts, application integrations, and expansion of our ERP utilization.
Advise, train, and consult with users to resolve issues and share expertise. Create and maintain documentation to track solutions, configuration changes, and decisions.Responsibilities:
Prioritizes and resolves incidents to keep the business running smoothly.
Deliver analysis on M3 and related systems. Help ensure systems are stable, effective, and aligned with business needs.
Educate the user community on systems functionality and business processes. Includes learning user processes and seeking ways to leverage our technologies to help improve productivity.
Researches, develops, tests, and advises on solutions related to M3 system configuration.
Documents solutions and business decisions to track changes to the system.
Required Skills/Abilities :
Strong background in managing warehousing or manufacturing processes within an ERP system, and a solid grasp of ERP concepts.
Keen interest in solving complex problems with eloquent solutions.
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain user-friendly solutions in any format.
Proven ability to work independently and be curious. Self-starter who can identify and prioritize their tasks.
Demonstrated ability for analytical and systematic thinking.
Nice-to-have Skills/Abilities:
Heavy functional experience with Infor's M3 ERP system is a major plus. Candidate should be able to hold conversations about system processes, programs, and the configuration that drives them.
Technical background with experience using/administering Java, MEC, LCM, IDM, and/or Streamserve.
Familiarity with SQL and/or Power BI
