- MD or DO degree with at least five years of active faculty participation in an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a leadership position within graduate medical education.
- Current certification in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, patient safety, and evidence-based clinical care.
- Active GA State medical license required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the program, including recruitment, instruction, evaluation, and advancement of residents.
- Ensure ongoing accreditation of the program by adhering to ACGME requirements.
