We are looking for an experienced, self-starting Digital Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing evolution, focusing on key areas such as SEO, Amazon marketplace, and data analytics.

Our ideal candidate will be:
Experienced in the direct selling industry and familiar with the relationship between the company and sales field
Proficient in digital marketing analytics tracking tools and strategies
Comfortable with day-to-day digital marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy
Skilled in communication with team members, cross-department partners, and other internal and external stakeholders
Strategic, action-oriented, and decisive when it comes to assessing the needs of the customer and advocating for those needs
Able to handle multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and changing needs without jeopardizing quality of execution
This position offers the option to work in a hybrid setting, allowing you to be either in Las Vegas or at the Utah office.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Build and drive process improvements through continuous testing, automation and cross-functional alignment
Utilize strong analytical skills, particularly in GA4 and GTM, to evaluate customer experience
Develop and track key business KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and improve efficiency
Identify trends and insights, and optimize digital marketing activities based on those insights
Lead the strategic development and execution of digital analytics, online conversion tracking, and performance measurement initiatives
Establish clear performance metrics for by identifying key objectives and performance measures
Requirements / Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3-5 years of marketing and digital marketing experience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics and campaign tracking platforms (e.g., GA4, GTM)
Proven experience in Amazon account management, SEO, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Previous work experience with Amazon Seller Central
Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
Proficiency in conducting research and A/B testing
Collaborative nature and ability to rapidly adapt to changing requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) industry and/or international business experience preferred
