Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the entire application process for specialist and managerial positions in the fields of engineering and IT
  • Conducting telephone interviews and job interviews
  • Managing the applicant management system
  • Active sourcing, including establishing initial contact and building a candidate network
  • Posting job advertisements and creating meaningful candidate profiles
  • Optimizing recruiting processes and strategies
  • Preparing and conducting job fairs and career events

Profile:


  • Degree in business administration, human resource management, economics, psychology, or a similar qualification
  • Previous experience in recruiting
  • Experience in the field of personnel services is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and independent work style
  • Excellent German and good English skills
