- Responsible for advanced field support including desktop reimaging and deployment of new end user devices with Windows 10 operating systems.
- Responsible for basic field support hardware and software device support including troubleshooting, hardware replacement, applying prebuilt image packages.
- Responsible for remote software and device support and problem resolution, which includes advanced troubleshooting, installation and configuration.

- User Profile analysis and migration

- Advanced troubleshooting with basic hardware and software components
- Experience in deployments with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager

We are seeking several motivated and adaptable Senior End User Technical Support Analysts for an exciting contract.
Duration: approximately 1 year, 4 months+
Location: End User Support Technicians will work primarily on-site at various office buildings located in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Contractor personnel will also work at remote facilities outside of Baton Rouge, Louisiana but within the State of LA, locations could include the following cities: New Orleans, Hammond, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Alexandria, Shreveport, and Monroe.
Senior End User Support Technician, with permission of the Project Manager, could also work remotely as needed.
